The SSB-9 performs two functions. 1. The well-known CSS counterweights, like the Counterweight, CW-1, 150 g K2.0033569, can be fastened to the SSB-9. The SSB-9 can then be placed at the bottom of all SAM plates and moved on the SAM plate to achieve active balancing of the TRINITY2 and 360 EVO. 2. If you attach two SSB-9s to a SAM Zero plate using 3/8in screws, you can now insert another SAM plate, located under the camera, into the two SSB-9s. This allows the camera to be positioned slightly higher within the inner ring of the 360 EVO.
